Account Executive — Remote Sales (1099, Commission)

Get Your Lead Data gives sales teams a fast, self-serve AI phone agent that answers every inbound call, qualifies the caller, and captures the lead straight into your CRM. Businesses that miss calls lose revenue — you sell the product that fixes that. Compensation — uncapped, commission-only: You earn 35% of the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) you generate in years one and two, then a lifetime recurring 20% of that MRR from year three onward, for as long as you remain active. You keep earning on the accounts you close and retain — your book compounds the longer you sell. "Active" means closing at least one new account within any rolling 90-day window. What you'll do: own the full cycle — prospect, present, and close SMBs and sales teams; build a recurring book of business you are paid on for its lifetime. What we're looking for: a self-directed remote closer who can own a commission-only pipeline. Sales experience preferred; inside or SMB sales a plus. Location: Fully remote (United States). Important disclosures: This is a 1099 independent-contractor role, commission-only with no base salary and no guaranteed earnings; actual earnings depend entirely on sales results.
